My training in Mind-Body Therapies allow me to blend several techniques into one luscious therapeutic healing and relaxing session experience to help restore your own body’s state of balance. I believe that each individual  can not only release themselves and their bodies from struggling, they can learn to heal and thrive as well. 

I offer chair massage and intuitive gentle relaxing (full body) massage experiences. 

My best work is to customize a 90 minute session after I do an assessment by tuning in to your body’s needs; this begins with craniosacral therapy techniques which are tension specific gentle releases combined and ending in massage. 

I offer pure Swedish Massage using flowing and continuous pressure that can put you into deep relaxation so that you can reach that sweet zen state of being. 

I also offer a 20 and 30 minute Chair massage which is more specific and offers a more firm pressure; available for groups and parties.

Chair massage is designed to release neck and shoulder tension from computer work- an unfortunate reality of our lives. It includes mostly upper back and neck with hands, scalp, forearms and wrists. The duration can be up to 30 minutes, depending on your body’s needs.
